Alright guys, swimsuits not jackets.
This is the beach.

Phuc - Photographer/interpreter
How did you take a picture of yourself?

Pat, I know it is a long way home.
You will be going home in a few days.

Tea again?

Drink your tea, coffee and ice cream will be here soon.

Lien - Hoa's accountant
Alright Dale, what sweet thing did you tell her now.

Andy and his coffee is quite an ordeal.

Pat, is the flower in your ear required to eat
a banana split?  Looks good.

Na and Jon
That ice cream is much sweeter when eaten like this.

Today was a day of much needed leisure.  We had breakfast and then went to the post office and made some calls back to the states.  After that we went shopping for housing.  We only looked at one apartment and one house, just to get an idea of what is out there.  The house was two bedrooms and two levels with a big kitchen and rented for $150 a month.  Not bad at all.

We then went for lunch on the way to a pretty secluded beach.  We had chicken fixed two ways.  They take the whole chicken, head, feet and everything and boil it and then bring it to your table and you cut it up and eat it.  The other chicken was roasted and they both tasted great.  Us Americans didn't eat the head or feet.

After lunch we continued to the beach and had a great time.  I didn't know we were going to the beach so no one brought a swim suite.  That was probably alright as it was a bit chilly.

This evening Hoa and her family joined us and we went to an ice cream shop and had coffee and ice cream and a lot of visiting with a lot of laughter.  Hoa and her family are very special people and we had a great time.

Tomorrow we are headed back to Nha Trang for a couple of days.  We are meeting for breakfast at 6 AM and leaving by 7 as it is about a six hour drive.

It is midnight so I am going to bed.  See you tomorrow.
